Purpose Of The Uber-Life Letter
If a person's life is not progressing well, the Government sends a letter letting the person know that this is not acceptable that their life is sucking so badly, and that the Government will not allow this to happen.
Society Is "The Child", Government Is "The Parent"
Humanity is one big family.
When a person's own family is not sufficient to insure that a person is having a marvelous existence,
a person's extended family (their species) should step in and insure their life is an amazing one.
