Problem Petitions accompanied by Solution Petitions

Problem Petition
  • The typical petition. A petition is usually "against" something, stating a particular problem, or array of problems, and holding that the signataries are against the problem and want it stopped.
Solution Petition
  • A new phenomenon.
  • Petitions are very powerful tools, but as they are currently often used, they only address half of any particular issue : the problem half.
  • As petitions are currently used, they are regularly a fairly negative tool, casting a spotlight on the problem, but providing no relief in the form of a solution.
  • A solution petition would be the answer to this issue.
  • A solution petition would provide answers to the problems brought to bear by problem petitions.
  • An s.p is the ying to a p.p's yang. This provides balance to the petitioning process.
