1. The Submitter Of The Problem/Question Must Be A Legitimate Organization
a. The Submitter Can Submit Anonymously, But Only After Confirming Their Original Authenticity.
2. Everyone Submits Their Own Thoughts/Solutions On The Problems In 2 Parts : 1. Title In Bold Type 2. Thoughts/Solutions In A Box Below
- The Title is the most important part obviously. It grabs attention and distinguishes itself from the myriad of other thoughts.
3. Vote Up / Vote Down . Ideas are "liked" or "+1" just like other social media sites . After the 7 day time limit, the most popular/best ideas are easily identified by their hierarchical order.
What Is This Whole Idea?
It is "crowdsourcing" thoughts and solutions to problems facing everyone , around the world.
